Policies
- Payment will be accepted by Credit Card after we have worked out the details of your stay.
- All room rates are subject to a 13.42% state tax.
- A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your reservation. Payment must be paid in full 60 days prior to reservation.
- Deposit will be kept if cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival. Unless, we are successful in re-renting the space at which time a full refund will be made.
- Other cancellations will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the space.
- A $140 cleaning fee will be added to the total amount for each suite. This fee is always $140 whether you spend 1 night at the Hanalei Villa or 10 nights.
- Renter is responsible for any damage.
